What types of services do you provide?
We provide home and facility companionship, 24-hour live-in companionship, check-in service, homemaking, respite care, end-of-life relief, socialization, transportation companion and more.
Do you only take care of seniors?
Yes, we provide services to consumers who are seniors with or without disabilities.
Is there a charge for an initial consultation?
No, we will send a care consultant out to the home or facility for an initial consultation free of charge.
Is there a “Contract for Services,” and if so, what is the cancellation policy?
No, our services come without contracts. We will provide a level of care service agreement. You will be billed according to the care we provide based on your care plan.
What is the minimum number of hours required per shift?
We are happy to provide a service called Check-In. This service allows us to check in on your loved one for a time frame of 60 minutes or less, then follow up with a caregiver update. Otherwise, our services range anywhere between 1.5 hours to 24-hour shifts. Our care is customized to your needs.
How are calls handled after business hours and on weekends?
We have administrative staff as well as nurses on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are always available to answer our phone for our clients, their families, or caregivers. We also communicate via AxisCare to allow the caregiver to view their loved one care with a secure login.
What is the difference between a CNA and an HHA?
Both CNAs and HHAs are trained to provide personal care assistance for you in the comfort of your home. However, the main difference between the two is that the majority of CNA training is done in the hospital or facility setting while HHAs complete their training in the home setting.
Are your employees screened?
Yes, we value your safety. All our employees are given a drug test, level 2 background screening, in-house orientation, additional training, and compatibility screening. They have a CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant), HHA (Home Health Aide), or RN (Registered Nurse) license, as applicable.
Do you provide services in facilities?
Yes, we provide non-medical services to facilities, such as long-term care, assisted living, rehabilitation, hospitals, hospice, and memory care facilities, if the client/caregiver would like their loved one to receive a companion visit. Facilities may also request our services for a one on one sitter service.
